Cohorts

Essential to developing a deeper connection to God, self, and others is engaging in relational experiences with God and others.  The imaginative contemplation of Scripture, an ancient church practice, is the centerpiece of our cohort programs.  Opening to God cohorts are not Bible studies or webinars providing principles and strategies but an interpersonal dialog between the participant, Scripture, and God with a follow-up, online group discussion between all the participants and the facilitator.

Encountering Jesus

Encountering Jesus groups are shorter versions (3 or 4 weeks) of our Themed Cohorts and designed to introduce the foundational skills and structures upon which our cohorts are built.  Encountering Jesus cohorts are a great place to start your Opening to God experience.  We offer these online challenges on a regular rotation for $37, but they are not prerequisite to themed cohorts.  Click the button below to view our programs or contact us directly through the inquiry form below to find the next available Encountering Jesus cohorts.

Themed Cohorts

Themed cohorts are themed in that the passages upon which the group meditates center on a core subject (identity, vocation, purpose, finances, etc.).  These groups run for 6 - 8 weeks with weekly meditation assignments followed by a weekly online discussion lasting 60-90 minutes.  Click the button below to view our various program themes or contact us directly through the inquiry form below to find the next available themed cohorts.
